General Information
All Supplier Day attendees will be expected to arrange and pay for their lodging and travel to and from Boise, Idaho. Meals will be provided during Supplier Day programming.
Our expectation is that attendees book their travel to arrive in Boise, ID no later than Monday, October 19, 2026 and depart after 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Please check our Agenda tab to the conference timeline. Award recipients should plan on departing on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
Supplier Day 2026 will primarily take place in the Boise Centre located downtown at 850 W Front St, Boise, ID. Pickup and drop off point for offsite activities will be at the Grove Hotel which is co-located with the Boise Centre.
Flying to Boise, Idaho
Boise Airport (BOI) is located at 3201 W. Airport Way, about three miles south of downtown Boise, Idaho. Eight commercial airlines serve the terminal, offering nonstop flights to 29 destinations across the United States including Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, and Dallas-Fort Worth.
