April Arnzen is Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer of Micron Technology, and President of the Micron Foundation. She leads Micron’s global people strategy, cultivating the talent of the future for inspiring careers across the semiconductor industry. She equips leaders and teams worldwide with the tools, capabilities and culture to advance AI innovation and drive Micron’s business forward. 

In her Micron Foundation role, April guides Micron’s philanthropic strategy and strengthens the company’s culture of giving by connecting Micron team members, resources and expertise to communities where employees live and work. In partnership with the Micron Foundation, she supports opportunities for employees to give back through volunteerism, matching gifts and community partnerships. 

Through her leadership, April helps ensure Micron’s innovation is powered by a thriving workforce and stronger communities for years to come. 

April earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and marketing from the University of Idaho. In 2018, she graduated from the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program. 

Ben Tessone is the senior vice president and Chief Procurement Officer at Micron Technology, leading a global organization that drives best-in-class total cost, supply and resiliency.

With over 20 years of procurement and supply chain experience in the semiconductor industry, Ben has advanced Micron's Procurement organization by upskilling his teams, deploying industry-leading methodologies and processes, and embedding AI and predictive analytics into sourcing and risk management.

Under his leadership, the team is pioneering autonomous sourcing, rapid should-cost modeling and AI-first initiatives to structurally strengthen Micron's supply base and secure long-term capacity.

As Corporate Vice President & General Manager of the Automotive & Embedded Business at Micron, Kris Baxter is responsible for delivering innovative memory and flash storage solutions and driving global business in several of the fastest growing market segments including automotive, industrial, IoT, connected home and consumer applications.   

Kris has more than 26 years of semiconductor experience in the memory and storage industry including leadership roles in engineering R&D, as well as marketing and business management during his tenure at Intel, Numonyx and Micron. Kris joined Micron in 2010 in conjunction with the company’s acquisition of Numonyx and has held several leadership positions within the Automotive Embedded Business over the past 16 years, including leading worldwide marketing, as well as business development in North America and Europe prior to his current role. 

Kris has engineering degrees from the University of California, Davis. He and his wife of 38 years, Jamie, enjoy exploring the outdoors, are avid skiers, and love spending time with their three granddaughters and two grandsons.  

Manish Bhatia is President and Chief Operating Officer at Micron Technology. Manish joined Micron in 2017 and is responsible for the company’s end-to-end operations, delivering industry-leading technology and products at scale.  

With over 25 years of engineering and operations experience, Manish has a proven track record of driving semiconductor manufacturing excellence with best-in-class supply chain and quality performance.  

Manish’s current scope includes helming fab and assembly & test manufacturing, packaging and test development, global quality, global supply chain, global procurement, global government and public affairs, as well as information technology, smart manufacturing and artificial intelligence. 

Manish is a Board Member of the U.S.-Japan Business Council and Singapore Economic Development Board, and was awarded Singapore’s Public Service Medal (Friends of Singapore) in 2024 for his contributions to the semiconductor industry. 

Prior to Micron, Manish held several executive roles at Western Digital Corporation, SanDisk Corporation, Matrix Semiconductor, and in consulting at McKinsey & Company. 

Manish earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a master’s degree in business administration from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, which he attended as a Leaders for Manufacturing Fellow.  

Megan Bjerke is a seasoned procurement leader with over 20 years of experience spanning contract manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, and semiconductors. Since joining Micron nine years ago, she has held increasing leadership responsibilities in Global Procurement, driving strategic initiatives for U.S. expansion, shaping CHIPS applications, and developing construction workforce strategies. Her organization supports sourcing, contracting, negotiations, supplier management, and commercial strategy for Micron's major U.S. construction projects, including ID1, ID2 (Boise) and NY1 (Clay, NY)

Jacqueline Meh is a senior procurement leader with extensive experience in semiconductor capital projects, facilities and indirect sourcing. She leads a global organization responsible for procurement strategy, sourcing, contracting, commercial negotiations, supplier relationship management and risk mitigation.  

 Jacqueline helms her team in indirect procurement for major construction projects across Asia in China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan. She and her team are also responsible for global facilities and utilities sourcing, services contracting and strategic indirect procurement programs that enable Micron's growth and operational excellence. 

Steven Bakota is Corporate Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Corporate Development at Micron Technology. He leads the teams responsible for corporate strategy, corporate development and ventures investments, market intelligence, portfolio management, supply and demand optimization, enterprise process and program management, as well as other cross-functional initiatives that help align Micron’s long-term strategy with operational execution. In this role, he works across the company to drive growth, optimize business performance and position Micron to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.  

Steve joined Micron in 2015 as Senior Director of Mobile Business Line Management and has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility across the company. He was appointed Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations in 2022 and most recently named Corporate Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development.  

Prior to joining Micron, Steve spent 22 years at Texas Instruments, where he held leadership positions spanning sales, business development, distribution and product line management. During his career, he has built extensive expertise in business strategy, product management, operations and corporate development within the semiconductor industry.  

Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Indiana and completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is also active in community and non-profit leadership, including serving on the Board of Directors of Operation Surf, a non-profit organization that supports injured military and veterans to seek wellness in all aspects of their lives, while providing the necessary resources, tools and peer-to-peer support.
